Sanctions and Tribunal Decisions

On 1 November 2024, Australian Sailing imposed a sanction on Jeremey Atkinson:

1. 1. Revoking his race official accreditations of National Judge, National Umpire, Official Class Measurer, National Race Officer and International Race Officer for a period of 1 one year, after which he may reapply.
   2. Directing him not to act on a race committee, protest committee, technical committee or as a class measurer for one year.
   3. Revoking his 2024 NSW Official of the Year Award and removing him from the shortlist for the corresponding national award.

 
On 2 October 2024, Australian Sailing imposed Provisional Action in respect of Benjamin Garner, suspending his Dinghy Instructor, Keelboat Instructor and Sailing Coach accreditations until further notice.
