The 2025 Australian Yachting Championships is in Hobart

Entries are still open for the 2025 Australian Yachting Championships, contested under IRC. The event will take place from January 3rd to January 5th, 2025, hosted by the Derwent Sailing Squadron in Hobart.

Located in Sandy Bay, adjacent to the renowned Wrest Point Casino, the Derwent Sailing Squadron boasts Tasmania's largest and most technologically advanced club marina. Competitors joining the Australian Yachting Championship will enjoy the added benefit of complimentary berthing, subject to availability, from January 1st to January 6th, 2025.

Skippers are also invited to participate in the King of the Derwent Yacht Race on January 2nd, 2025. This iconic race will serve as a prelude to the Australian Yachting Championships, offering participants the chance to compete for the King of the Derwent crown.
