Technical committees can review prior to or during a regatta a boat’s rating certificate, their compliance with their rating certificate and/or their compliance with the Special Regulations for the category of race.

A webinar was held to discuss how a technical committee can be used to give competitors comfort that ratings are correct, that the racing is fair, and the results are good. Some of the topics covered were:
