Rules Specialist Group Opinions

The Rules Specialist Group have given their opinion on two questions posed to them over the last few months.
The Rules Specialist Group is comprised of International and National Umpires and Judges who volunteer their time to help the sport of sailing.
This time they have been asked to clarify the definition of close hauled and to give some clarity around the changes to the definitions and Clear Astern and Clear Ahead in Appendix F of the RRS.
