A QR code makes it easy for new participants to register for a SailPass.

There are many online services that convert a website URL into a QR code. The image can then be downloaded and printed for easy use on boats and at clubs.

 Google Chrome: If you are using Google Chrome as your default browser, you can simply right click on your registration page and select   Create QR code for this page

How to locate your SailPass registration link

Once logged in to your revSPORT, locate your SailPass registration page and copy the web link/URL to create your QR code. The below steps will outline how to locate your SailPass registration page.

SYSTEM AREA: SITE

In the site area of your portal locate your SailPass page
Click on   view live to open your SailPass page
Copy the page link

If you are having trouble locating your SailPass page, the URL will be:
https://www.revolutionise.com.au/CLUBPORTALNAME/temporary-member

You will then go to your QR code generator and use the link you have copied to create your QR code.

How to locate a specific SailPass registration link

You may want to direct users to a specific SailPass. The below steps will outline how to locate the web link for a specific SailPass.

SYSTEM AREA: FINANCE > PAYMENT CLASSES

Locate your SailPass payment class and click edit
In the right hand menu, click on   registration link
This will open your SailPass registration page for the specific SailPass in a new window
Copy the page link

 NOTE: You will notice a difference in the page URL, where this link will include the payment class ID at the end:
https://www.revolutionise.com.au/CLUBPORTALNAME/temporary-member/12345

This means that when the user begins their registration, they will only be able to select the specific payment class.

You will then go to your QR code generator and use the link you have copied to create your QR code.

Create a poster with your QR code make accessing your registration form as easy as possible for participants to register.
