Australian Sailing has published their responses to the recommendations in the report from the Nexba Incident.

A working party consisting of representatives of Australian Sailing and key yacht clubs who host two-handed racing events have reviewed the recommendations given in the report arising from the Nexba loss of keel incident.

The Terms of Refence for each incident report Australian Sailing receive ask for there to be recommendations made to help improve the sport or make it safer. These recommendations are then reviewed and changes to the Special Regulations are made or education pieces to bring awareness and knowledge to the sailing community are written.
