For Instructors, the major benefits of being a current Qualified Instructor in the Program and Course you are delivering are:
- Eligibility to work at an accredited Discover Sailing Centre.
- Recognition by Discover Sailing Centres and Customers as to having achieved a standard, and therefore being likely to deliver an experience and service that fulfills their customers’ expectations.
- Access to standard course syllabi and resources.
- Instructor Public Liability Insurance
- Access to ongoing learning and development through conferences and newsletters.
- Promotion of Instructor qualification through the search facility on the website.
