Lexcen Cup Youth Grant
Applications for a Lexcen Travel Grant will be accepted from Youth Sailors aged 10 to 23 years of age, who are Registered Members of a Club affiliated with Australian Sailing.
This application Must be endorsed by your Clubs Commodore.
CONDITIONS & RULES
Annually, the South Australian Regional Advisory Committee will determine the amount of interest earned that will be allocated as grant funding for the benefit of Junior and Youth Sailors in South Australia.
The allocated interest earned will be used for event support to junior & youth sailors at any interstate or international regatta.
The South Australian Regional Advisory Committee will select the candidates, and there will be no appeal process if an application is not successful.
ELGIBILITY
The applicant(s) must be between the ages of 10-23 years of age at the date of the first race of the regatta.
The applicant(s) must be a Registered Sailing Member of a Club affiliated with Australian Sailing and, during the time under review, be a resident of South Australia
The regatta for which funds will be used may be either a National and/or an International competition.
Applications via the Official Online Form shall be endorsed by the Commodore of the Applicants Home club. The endorsement will be checked for validity prior to any decision by the South Australian Regional Advisory Committee.

Sports Vouchers Program
The program provides an opportunity for primary school aged children from Reception to Year 7 to receive up to a $50 discount on sports membership/registration fees. The purpose is to increase the number of children playing organised sport by reducing cost as a barrier to participate.
Local Council Grants
There are community grants available for many purposes. Some are offered by councils and you can access SA council contact details here. Councils often advertise in the local paper and community notice boards when grants can be applied for.
Grants SA
Grants SA provides over $3 million in grants annually to community organisations to improve community participation, wellbeing and quality of life for South Australians, particularly those who are experiencing disadvantage.
Club One – Small Sponsorships
Club One's small sponsorships are considered every one to two months, and announced regularly throughout the year. Small sponsorships are to a maximum of $500
Clubs SA - Funding
Together with the Independent Gaming Corporation (IGC), Clubs SA invites non-gaming Clubs and community organisations to apply for Project Grants via its Sponsorship Assistance Program.
In recent years, over $2,000,000 has been directed back to the wider South Australian community under the auspices of the Sponsorship Assistance Program to support projects that include resurfacing of sports grounds, lighting, charity projects, community awareness campaigns and many more.
Applications for this Funding Program are accepted each month and are vetted by Clubs SA's Board before recommendations are passed on to the IGC Board.
