Position descriptions detail the duties, responsibilities, remuneration and benefits of a job.
It provides a club with the chance to specify what you need from a role and can be used as the basis to develop a job advertisement.
A position description also provides an employee or volunteer with a clear understanding of responsibilities.
Commodore The Commodore is primarily responsible for the club to meet its obligations as set out in the club rules. |
Club Captain Ensures the successful management of all water-related activities and the welfare of participants during club competitions |
